Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request a custom set?
Absolutely! I love making custom sets, contact me today and lets get started!
How long will it take to receive my order?
There are 2 factors that influence when your order will be in your hands: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time is the time I need to make your order and drop it in the mail. It varies seasonally, but averages at 3-5 business days.
Shipping time can be selected at checkout to suit your needs. For US orders, First Class mail averages 3-5 business days, Priority mail averages 1-3 business days and Priority Express averages 1-2 business days. International mail can take anywhere from 6 business days to several weeks depending on the ship speed and location. Please read our Policies on Shipping Times.
What if I need an item in a certain time frame?
If you have a specific deadline in mind, please shoot me an email and I will do my utmost to meet that deadline for you. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays with the USPS. Once your order is in the mail, it is out of my hands.
How do I care for my item?
For the best results and longevity, I recommend the following:
Hats and headbands: hand wash in cold water, reshape and air dry
Leggings, bloomers and bodysuits: hand wash or machine wash inside out in cold water on gentle cycle and air dry
There was a problem with my order, how do I proceed?
I sincerely apologize for any problems you may have experienced with your order. Unfortunately from time to time, these issues arise, and I will do everything in my power to ensure complete satisfaction. Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your order at firstname.lastname@example.org with an explanation of your situation as well as your order number which will be on your Order Confirmation Email which was emailed out after placing your order.
How are your items made?
I hand make each item personally in my home studio. I use only the highest quality materials and each item undergoes a strict quality check before it makes its way to you. All seams and edges are professionally serged to last a lifetime.
Will my vinyl design peel over time?
I use only professional grade CPSIA certified heat transfer vinyl. It is applied to the bodysuit or t-shirt using a commercial grade heat press for a long-lasting finish. While I do not foresee it as an issue, if your design does begin to peel or flake, please contact me.
